Valley Stream Native Expands Women on the Rise to LaGuardia Plaza Hotel

Women’s voices have amplified in recent years, and the momentum is not dying down any time soon.

Marsha Guerrier, who is the founder of Women on the Rise Network, has followed suit growing her annual Women on the Rise Forum and Expo to an amount so big, LaGuardia Plaza Hotel was secured to house the increasing number of women who’ve been taking interest.

Guerrier advises that you bring your laptops and take notes. Hands-on training and strategies on media and marketing will be taught to help women build flourishing businesses.

The two-day event will include detailed workshops, panel discussions, guest speakers an award ceremony and for the first time, there will be a rising kidpreneur learning lab. Young women will be able to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and walk away with a one-page business plan.

If you’re interested, you can get your tickets here.
